The 1950s era megaphone is mostly orange in color with a blue Chicago Bears C on the front side. It measures 24 in height and features a metal handle top and bottom. Super cool and unique collectors item. It is my understanding that the Bear’s did not have cheerleaders until the 1970’s. My research leads me to believe that the megaphone is the 1950’s vintage but I cannot verify if it was used by a fan, an non-authorized NFL cheer leading squad, band, pep-squad etc. Regardless, it is a really cool vintage item that would be a great collectors item for a Chicago Bears fan or someone interested in megaphone itself as a vintage item.
